1990 Gemaco founded with a capital of € 625.

1992 Capital increase to € 43,750.00

1996 Expansion of activities on European markets. Gemaco becomes establishes itself as a successful and flexible player, providing factory shutdown services and making emergency deliveries. The company expands and takes part in a number of trade fairs and exhibitions, including PETROLE-EXPO and CHAUDRONNERIE/ESOPE in France, ACHEMA & TUBE in Germany, DUPLEX & STAINLESS STEEL WORLD in the Netherlands and DUPLEX in the U.S.A.

2002 Opens premises on the Hauts-Sarts industrial estate, with easy motorway access; acquires an industrial building with 650 m2 of office space, 1,600 m2 of covered, heated storage and 12,000 m2 of surface area.

2003 Capital increase to € 124,000.00

2005 Gemaco invests around € 550,000 in the renovation of the building, as well as in infrastructure and equipment. The company is keen to bolster its market position by expanding its three main business activities: urgent needs and deliveries, packages and tailor-made products. With its expanding range of stock and its close-knit team of highly-motivated and efficient staff, Gemaco is on the road to success. Now established on the international market, it has a current turnover of around € 6 million.
